Terms of service

Last updated: October 23, 2026

Who you agree with

These terms are an agreement between you and Erik Usmanov, a sole trader (autónomo) registered in Spain, NIE Z0575748V, Rossend Nobas 41, 2º-6ª, 08018 Barcelona, Spain, who runs Priceloop (“we”). You agree to them when you create an account or use Priceloop. You use Priceloop for a business. If you sign up for a company, you confirm that you may agree for it.

The service

Priceloop imports your store's public catalog, finds other stores that sell the products you watch, and reads their public pages for price and stock. It shows the changes, emails you, and answers AI assistants you connect. You may only connect a store that you own or work for.

Plans and payment

  • The Free plan costs nothing and has no end date. Its limits are shown on the plans page.
  • Paid plans are billed in US dollars, monthly or yearly, through Stripe. A plan renews until you cancel it.
  • You can cancel at any time in Settings. The plan stays until the end of the period you paid for, then the store moves to the Free plan. We do not refund part of a period, except where the law requires it.
  • Limits apply to watched products and competitor pages. We never charge for going over a limit: we read up to the limit.
  • We may change prices. A new price applies from your next billing period, and we tell you at least 30 days before.

The data

Competitor prices and stock come from public pages and Google Shopping. They can be wrong, late or missing: a page can change between two reads, block us, or show another item. Check a price before you act on it. Priceloop gives information, not pricing advice, and you decide your own prices.

Your store's data stays yours. We use it to run Priceloop for you and, without naming your store, to improve the matching for everyone. A competitor page that several customers watch is read once for all of them.

What you must not do

  • Resell or publish Priceloop's data as a data feed.
  • Use Priceloop to break the law, including competition law, for example to fix prices with other stores.
  • Try to get around the limits, read other accounts, or overload or break the service.
  • Share your sign-in with people outside your business.

We may suspend an account that does these things. We tell you why, unless the law stops us.

AI assistants

When you connect an assistant such as ChatGPT or Claude, it can read your store's Priceloop data and cannot change it. The assistant is another company's product, under its own terms. You can disconnect it at any time in Settings.

Availability

We work to keep Priceloop running every day, but we do not promise that it never stops. We may change features. We tell you before we remove a feature that a paid plan includes.

Liability

Priceloop is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost sales or decisions made on Priceloop's data, and our total liability is at most what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not let us limit.

Ending the agreement

You can delete your account at any time: write to hello@priceloop.app. We may end the agreement with 30 days' notice, or at once for a serious breach of these terms. The privacy policy says what happens to your data.

Law

Spanish law governs these terms. The courts of Barcelona, Spain, decide disputes, unless the law gives you the right to go to another court.

Changes

When these terms change, we change the date at the top. For a large change, we email account owners 30 days before.
